Description of Artwork: Howard Stern's radio program is known for it's lewd sexual, racial and political remarks. Recently, Stern interviewed Rick Saloman, a man who videotaped himself having sex with famed Hilton Hotel heiress Paris Hilton. During the nationally syndicated broadcast, Stern made references to anal sex and to the size of the man's penis. A caller to the show made a racist comment over the air.

The Incident: Clear Channel Communications INC. cancelled Stern's show citing the interview with Rick Salomon as a violation of the communications company's "zero tolerance" policy. Clear Channel CEO, John Hogan said that Stern's show "was vulgar, offensive, and insulting, not just to women and African Americans but to anyone with a sense of common decency."

Results of Incident: Clear Channel suspended Stern's program from six of its carrier's nationwide. Hogan said that the show would not air until it adheres to acceptable broadcasting standards.
