Description of Artwork: The Marijuana growers guide, "Tricameral Sensimilla," and "Simple Sensimilla."

The Incident: Marlow's manuscript, "Tricameral Sensimilla," was confiscated after his arrest by West Mercia police. Marlow was arrested for advertising his marijuana grower's guide in English magazines like "Private Eye" and "Viz." After six months in prison Marlow sought the return of his hard disc containing his manuscript for "Simple Sensimilla" under the Police Property Act.

Results of Incident: The Droitwich magistrates court ruled against Marlow's request.
