|description_of_incident= | |description_of_incident=According to the article, Samuel Waldman, a 52-year-old Rabbi at the Beth Jacob Teachers Seminary school in Brooklyn, was arrested for distributing child pornography. Waldman's computer was seized as evidence by Homeland Security agents on November 1st of last year. The computer contained multiple videos of children performing lewd acts on adults and engaging in other sexual activity. Waldman admitted to authorities that he not only downloaded the videos onto his computer, but he also shared them with his peers and has been doing so for years. Waldman has been charged with one count of transporting or distributing child pornography and faces up to 5 to 20 years if convicted. He was released on $100,000 bail and it has not been determined when his next court date is. | ||
