Description of Artwork: Treminio was the editor of the newsletters "Hoy" and "Mundial". In them he was said to have engaged in "slandering and libeling" a number of prominent citizens.
The Incident: Treminio was arrested and sentenced to eleven months imprisonment for having violated Article 4(c) of the Law on Maintenance of Public Order and Security.
Results of Incident: Treminio was released after serving nine of the eleven months of his sentence.
