There has been a recent Supreme Court decision relating to the lack of clear definition of indecency on the airwaves at the FCC, especially with the proliferation of cable and on-demand channels where no such restrictions exist. Consequently, there is speculation that the Pacifica "Carlin" decision should be revisited and thrown out altogether. |
