Description of Artwork: A documentary video about the problems of "Botellón" (bottle laws)--the laws not allowing alcohol consumption in the streets. The documentary shows illegal beer sellers who are stars of a new sport they have invented.
The Incident: The video was selected by a jury for the final competition, and was being screened in the video room along with the other selections. After 2 days of exibition, a commission of the city government visited the festival and pressured the directors of the festival to pull the piece. All the programs in the videoroom were pulled.
Results of Incident: A lot of people didn´t see the work.
