Description of Artwork: Tertulia was a sound and image intervention at the Recoleta Cemetery in Buenos Aires, using sound files (voices, music and sounds) and historic visual documents of Argentine history. The installation was part of the 5 International Festival of Buenos Aires.

The Incident: Neighbors presented a habeas corpus and a judge suspended the show.

Results of Incident: The Buenos Aires city government appealed the decision and the installation could finally take place the night of September 24th, 2005
