Description of Artwork: Tradional Turkist folk dancing festival.

The Incident: Mustafa Hazer, the executive of ANKA Culture Centre, organized a folk dance performance planned for March 9th. On March 4th, Mustafa Hazer informed the governor's office regarding the planned festival. Then on March 5th, Mustafa was summoned into the Mersin security office, and threatened with imprisonment if he did not postpone the performance.

Results of Incident: The performance was postponed, Mustafa signed the requisite paperwork in fear of imprisonment if he did not comply.
