Description of Artwork: Interactive audio featuring orations of the Bill of Rights and editorials critical of the Homeland Security Act. The piece's cornerstone is a map of the Middle East overlaid by a transparent chessboard checkered with dollar signs. The chess pieces are salt and pepper shakers filled alternatively with black beans and rice.

The Incident: An audio tape of editorials critical of the Homeland Security Act was stolen from the installation.

Results of Incident: A report was filed with the Bolder police.
