Confronting Bodies: Hudson Falls School Board, Hudson Falls, NY

The Incident: Parents objected to several of theses books (only The Chocolate War was actually on the curriculum) and asked that they be removed from the curriculum and library. The Super intendant of Schools decided not to comply with this (circa Nov 1994), but now the School Board is pushing the action anyway (Feb 1995).

Results of Incident: Unknown as yet.
