Description of Artwork: Se censuro su tarea como fundador de la sociedad Juan Sebastian Bach, su direccion y tambien fundacion de la orquesta sinfonica de ninos y s us labores como director y creador del Conservatorio de La Serena. (The censors blame their task on company founder John Sebastian Bach, and his advocacy of the symphony orchestra of children, and his work as director and creator of the Conservatory of La Serena.)

The Incident: Las posiciones de izquierdas y la constante actividad cultural dentro del campo de la musica le valieron el calificativo de "enemigo peligroso". De ahi que fuera buscado por orden directa de Arellano Stark. Fue fusilado en septiembre del 1973. (The positions of the left and the constant cultural activity within the field of music earned him the label of "dangerous enemy." From there, he was marked by direct order from Arellano Stark. He was shot in September 1973.)

Results of Incident: Tras su fucilamiento se disolvio la sociedad Juan Sebastian Bach ya la orquesta sinfonica de nino no funciono durante cuatro anos. Pasado este tiempo, la orquesta volvio a sus tareas y ha sido motivo de admiracion internacional. Por ultimo el conservatorio de La Serena aun se mantiene en funcionamiento pese a haber estado clausurado durante toda la dictadura militar. (After the company was dissolved, Fucile Juan Sebastian Bach and the symphony orchestra of children did not work for four years. After that time, the orchestra returned to rehearsing and performing and has been the subject of international admiration. Finally, the Conservatory of La Serena still remains in place despite having been closed throughout the military dictatorship.)
