Description of Artwork: Photographs of the Palestinian experience 1948-1998. The images show violence and despair.

The Incident: The photos were removed by the governor's office within an hour of their hanging because they were considered "too political," and could be seen as "anti-Israeli" but were reinstalled the very next day.

Results of Incident: The exhibition remained on display until the end of the week.
