Description of Artwork: "Feed" is a young adult sci-fi novel. While on a vacation to the mood, several teens find that their brain-feeds have been hacked, leaving them braindead.

The Incident: Parents found the profane language in "Feed" unsuitable for the 9th grade English curriculum and demanded the book's removal.

Results of Incident: Despite protests from parents, "Feed" was kept on the Fairfax reading lists.
