The Incident: In anticipation of the upcoming "Stars and Stripes Festival", an event that attracts children and families to Mount Clemens, multiple folks around town voiced complaints to the city. Following these complaints, Mount Clemens City Officials chose to remove "Walking Man" from its position on a public street and conceal it behind the walls of the Anton Art Center.
Results of Incident: The artist, though disappointed, was complicit with this decision, and allowed his sculpture to stay on display in the Anton Art Center.
